The following terms of sale apply to all of our online sales:

Payment Methods

We work with most Banks and Financial Institutions. We would be happy to FAX over a Purchase order to your Bank or Finance Institution.

Deposit for Customer Order Program : (see our Maximum Bid Agreement)

Before Bidding at Auction we Require our Service Fee Up Front. OR, TO HOLD One of our In-Stock Selections, We Require a $500 Deposit.

Payment of Balance Due

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Additional Fees and Taxes

Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at 602-321-4640 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Buyer's Inspection

Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. LUXURY 4 LESS AUTO SALES L.L.C. has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. LUXURY 4 LESS AUTO SALES L.L.C. welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. Extended warranties may be available; please contact us for details. Where Advertised our In-stock Selections include a FREE Limited Extended Warranty-Luxury 4 Less L.L.C. does not back or guarantee the performance of the Warranty company All claims and Repairs are to be Discussed Between the New Owner and the Warranty Company.

We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.

Bid Retractions

Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Negative Feedback Bidders

We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.

Successful Bidder

The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact LUXURY 4 LESS AUTO SALES L.L.C. within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder

If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.

Documentation Fee

We Charge the EXACT DOC FEE that Your LOCAL JAGUAR AND LAND ROVER DEALER CHARGES $489.00 We SAVE YOU 3,000 To 7,000 Compared to The Big Dealers Prices. This Doc Fee Helps Cover Cost of your Paper Work, Adminstrative cost Realted to your Purchase IE Payoffs, Filing for Plates, Emmsions ect.. Again: This fee is to document the sale of the motor vehicle, which includes temporary permit, title transfer, and the filing of documentation with the state. WE CHARGE THE SAME EXACT DOC FEE THAT YOUR LOCAL JAGAUR OR LAND ROVER DEALER CHARGES.

SALES TAXES DUE:

Sales Tax is Charged For All Arizona residents. No Arizona sales tax for vehicles shipped out of state via common carrier. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration. When we buy Our Jaguars and Land Rovers coming off Lease not all have Extra Keys, Owners Manuals or Mats. Luxury for Less Would be Happy to Purchase at OUR COST .Not all Land Rovers and Jaguars Or Trade-In vehicles will be sold with Owners Manuals, Mats or Extra Keys. ! Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

In-State Buyers

Arizona buyers must pay 8.9% sales tax The Sales Tax Rate in Foutain Hills is Higher than Scottdale, In Simple Terms you pay a couple hundred dollors more compared to Scottsdale or Neighboring Cities- But Our Prices Save you Thousands. . Out-Of-State Buyers (whom ship their vehicle to their home state)- These buyers are responsible for their on state sales tax at the time of registration in their home state Out-Of-State Buyers (taking possession in the State of Arizona) pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute 42-5061(U).

Out of state buyers whom pick there vehicle up from our location will have to pay sales tax according to the chart below. Out of state buyers whom elect to ship their vehicle are not required to pay sales tax to Arizona. All customers will receive a voucher showing taxes paid in Arizona to avoid being double charged by their home state. Licensed dealers are not required to pay sales tax.
