What is required before bidding at the auction?
We do require a service fee up front (earnest money deposit) in the form of a check or credit card. The amount is based on the fee table above. We accept all major credit cards over the phone or you can mail a check to our office or drop it by in person. The earnest money deposit is fully refundable in the event that your maximum bid is too low or we were unable to purchase your car. However, our success rate is over 90% when we have at least 5 vehicles to bid on in your behalf. The reason we require your service fee before bidding is to simply segregate the casual shopper for the serious buyers. If your max bid is Successful we then process your Credit Card Deposit- that way your Jaguar or Land Rover is Fully Secured until we ship to Arizona for your inspection.
