A summery of the Coverage as Follows: Nationwide, electronic claims payment, this product provides secure protection with “A” rated insurance carriers!
Engine and Water Pump: Pistons,Piston Rings,Piston Pins,Crankshaft and main bearings, connecting rods and rod bearings, camshaft and camshaft bearings, timing chain and timing gears, intake and exhaust valves,valve springs,oil pump,push rods,rocker arms,hydraulic lifters, rocker arm shafts and water pump. The engine block and cylinder heads are only covered if damaged by a part listed above. No other parts covered. Parts that require normal manufacturer's recommended replacement intervals are not covered under this treatment plan.
Transmission: The Following parts of manual and automatic transmissions: Torque converter, Oil Pump, Governor, Bands, Drums, Planetaries, Sun Gear and Shell, Sprage(s), Shaft(s), bearings, shift rail, forks, and synchronizers, parts that are not listed are not covered.
4X4 Transfer Case: Internally Lubricated parts of the 4X4 Transfer Case.
Seals and Gaskets: Seals and Gaskets are Replaced only as part of repair or replacement of the above covered components. Leaking Gaskets or Seals are not covered.
Rental Car and Towing: This Program provides a total of $150. for car rental and a total of $100. for towing. Car Rental and towing will be paid on valid, authorized claims only.
Labor and Diagnostic Charges: Are covered in conjuction with an authorized repair on above listed components. No Labor or Diagnostic Charges will be paid on unauthorized claims or non-covered components.
Surcharge: The Above Warranty coverage is INCLUDED in our In-Stock Selections if you want to Add Air conditioner and Limited Electrical Coverage the SURCHARGE IS AN EXTRA $750.Call Dealer for Details.
Transferability: This program is transferable to a second owner of the vehicle or to a replacement engine and or transmission, provided the administrator listed is notified. ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS, REPAIRS DISPUTES ARE BETWEEN THE WARRANTY COMPANY AND THE CUSTOMERS .. LUXURY FOR LESS L.L.C. DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE WARRANTY PLAN. LUXURY FOR LESS L.L.C. CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DISPUTES OR CONFLICTS BETWEEN THE CUSTOMERS AND THE WARRANTY COMPANY. THE WARRANTY COMPANY WILL SEND OUT A CD AND WARRANTY ACTIVATION KIT TO EACH CUSTOMER. ITS THE SOLO RESPONSIBILITY OF THE NEW OWNER TO REVIEW ALL WARRANTY TERMS IN THE WARRANTY ACTIVATION KIT.
